Has’t faris gotten home yet ?

Ahmad :

No, not yet. He should be here any minute now.

Emma :

Well, maybe they have gone over to budii’s house to get something to eat.

Adam is getting worried.

It is after midnight now . I think we should call the farus’ house and tell budi to come home.

Mr.adam : Are you going to call the faris’s family ?

Mrs.wati :I certainly am….I am going to call budi to get himself home

at once.

Mrs .wati : hello …..is this mrs.emma ?

Mrs, emma : yes it is.

Mrs.wati : oh, this is wati. I am sorry to be calling at such a late hour .

Mrs emma : I didn’t recognize yopur voice. Don’t worry about the time.

We are still up. I am awfully glad you called.

Mrs.wati : I kinow budi is goping to hate me for calling like this,but

it is awfully late and we would like for him to come home.

Mrs.emma : budi ? why ? budi is not at our house. Isn’t there at your place

with faris ?

Mrs.wati : here ? no we thought the boys were at your house.

Mrs emma : oh, no ..we thought they were over there. We have been

waiting up for faris to get home from your house.
